My signature looks blurry
Solution: This happens if you draw very small. Try drawing your signature using the full size of the canvas. Our tool automatically shrinks it down when applying it to a PDF, which makes it look crisp and sharp.
I can't download the PDF
Solution: Some strict Ad Blockers or Pop-up Blockers might prevent the download. Try disabling your ad blocker for this site or try a different browser (like Chrome or Edge).
The PDF is blank
Solution: Is your PDF password protected? Our browser-based tool cannot decrypt password-protected bank statements or government files. Please remove the password using a "PDF Unlocker" before uploading.
How do I delete my data?
Solution: Simply refresh the page (F5). Because we store data in your browser's temporary memory (RAM), refreshing the page completely wipes all uploaded documents and signatures instantly.
