How to Sign Documents Online

Follow this simple guide to create a professional signature or sign a PDF contract in seconds.

Option 1: Create a Signature Image

Best for: Pasting into Word, Google Docs, Canva, or Photoshop.

  1. Click the "Create Signature" tab on the home page.
  2. Choose "Draw It" to use your mouse/finger or "Type It" to use a fancy font.
  3. Select your Ink Color (Black, Blue, or Red).
  4. Click "Download PNG" to save the transparent image.

Option 2: Sign a PDF File

Best for: Contracts, Leases, Waivers, and Forms.

  1. Click the "Sign Document" tab.
  2. Click "Select File" and pick your PDF from your device.
  3. Once loaded, draw your signature anywhere on the screen.
  4. Drag the signature to the correct position (e.g., the dotted line).
  5. Use the download buttons to save as a Signed PDF.
